  1. 1/2 bowlmung dhuli
  2. 1/2 bowlmung urad
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. as requiredOil for deep fry
  5. 1/3 tbspbaking soda

Cooking Instructions

    Soak daal at night.in morning grind it. Now add salt, baking soda and mix it.

    Now deep fry like this.

    Soak these vade in water for 1 hour.

    Rinse water from vada. Now add curd, salt sauce, potatoes and spices.

    Yummy dahi vada ready
