  1. 200 gmurad dal
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 10Small onion
  4. 3green chillies
  5. Handfulcurry leaves
  6. as needed Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Soak urad dal for 30 mins In water.

    Grind the dal and chillies in mixie or grinder without adding water.

  3. 3

    The mixture should be thick and 70%solid.

  4. 4

    Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the onions and curry leaves in a chopped manner.

  5. 5

    Mix them all well and wait for 5mins.

  6. 6

    By the side add oil for deep frying at high flame.

  7. 7

    Take a handful of mixture, roll to a flat circle with Ur hand. Hav a small hole in middle.

    Now fry it until golden brown.

  9. 9

    Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
