Typical dish from France, in my eyes clafoutis is to french what crumble is to British people - a way to make a dessert from whatever fruit is in season. You can make it with cherries, apricots and many other fruit too, the idea is always the same though.

Cooking Instructions

Pre-heat the oven on 180°C. Butter the tin put some flour around it. pour in the berries and set aside

In a bowl mix the flour the sugar the vanilla and then add the beaten eggs. Add the milk and the cream mix well. The consistency should be much more liquid than a normal cake base

Pour the mixture on top of the berries and cook in the oven for 20/25 minutes depending on your oven. Leave it to cool down and add the icing sugar before serving
