This is a French dessert. Never made it before but it was yummie. Serve it lukewarm with some ice cream.

This is a French dessert. Never made it before but it was yummie. Serve it lukewarm with some ice cream.
Steps

Start with the filling.
Half the plums and remove the stone - 2
In a pan melt butter add,sugar and cinnamon. Stir once gently. Let it go golden brown.
Add the plums cuttingside down.
Bake for about 5 min.
(the pan must be completly filled)
Let cool a bit - 3
Start with the dough:
Wisk cream,yoghurt,eggs and vanillla.
Add to the dry ingredients and wisks again - 4
Put the dough in a buttered ovenproof container.

Put the plumbs cuttingside up in the dough. They will sink but some will fload. Put some syrup in every plumb
Put on the almonds on top - 6
Bake until golden brown. In a 180°C oven for about 45 min.

Serve luke warm with some vanilla ice cream

Also works with peaches,pineapple or cherries
