Preheat oven for 350°F

Remove the pits from the fruit and slice the fruit. Put the slices in a 10 inch round shallow baking dish.

Combine the milk, eggs, sugar, salt, flour, and melted butter in the food processor or you may stir quickly with a wire whisk. Pour the batter over the fruit and bake until the batter has set into a custard like consistency, about 30 minutes.

Lightly dust the surface with powdered sugar and serve hot with mounds of whipped cream.
