Ingredients

  1. 1 lbplums, cherries, peaches,blueberries,and any other not so juicy fruit.
  2. 4Eggs
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1 cupAll purpose flour
  5. 1 1/2 tbspreal melted butter
  6. 1/4 cuppowdered sugar for topping
  7. 1 tbspWhipped cream for your topping topping
  8. 1 1/4 cupwhole milk
  9. 1/2 cupgranulated sugar

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven for 350°F

  2. 2

    Remove the pits from the fruit and slice the fruit. Put the slices in a 10 inch round shallow baking dish.

  3. 3

    Combine the milk, eggs, sugar, salt, flour, and melted butter in the food processor or you may stir quickly with a wire whisk. Pour the batter over the fruit and bake until the batter has set into a custard like consistency, about 30 minutes.

  4. 4

    Lightly dust the surface with powdered sugar and serve hot with mounds of whipped cream.
