Sab se pehle chicken fry karlen

Ik pateelay me oil le kar 2 onion ko golden brown Karen aur alag kar ke side par rakh dein

Phir usi pateelay me baki ki piyaz kat kar aut 3 tomato kat kar masala banayen.

Phir dahi me biryani masala shamil kar ke batter bana lein

Phir is batter ko tomato onion ke masalay me shamil kar bhunain

2 tomato, green chilli aur lemon ko kat lein. potato ko namak aur food colour ke pani me kuch dair bhigo dein

Phir masalay me aaloo shamil kar ke thora pakayen. pani b add kar sakte hain aaloo galane ke liye.

Phir fry kiya hoya chicken add karden

Upaar se chopped hara dhaniya, podina, tamater, lemon shamil kar ke 3 min pakayen

Jab tamater halki si narm par jaye to chulha off karden.

Ab rice ko pani me boil karen. is pani me 1 tbsp sirka aur 2 tbsp salt pehle se dal lein.

Jab chawal ik kani reh jaye to iski masalay par teh laga lein.

Half masala nikal ke rakhen jo dusri teh lagate waqt kam eye

Uppar se brown piyaz aur food colour ko kehwrha essence me shamil kar ke rice par kahin kahin dal kar 10 min dam par rakh dein
