Heat butter and stir fry the vegetables.

Add chopped mushrooms and fry..adding salt.

On the Pizza base, apply pizza sauce.

Line the vegetables and mushrooms in top. Cover with grated cheese.

Sprinkle oregano, chilli flakes, garlic flakes and pepper powder. You can decorate with olives

Put in the microwave (convection mode) and cook for 15-20 mins.
