  1. 2/3 cupscornmeal
  2. 1/3 cupflour
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1egg, beaten
  6. 2 tbspvegetable oil
  7. 8-10Hotdogs

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Combine cornmeal, flour and salt. Add milk, egg, and oil. Mix well. Insert skewer into hot dogs.

    Coat with additional flour first, then dip into cornmeal mixture. Fry a few at a time in deep, hot oil (375 degrees) until golden brown.
