Dolgona coffee

Just because i needed to have a taste 😃. I used a hand mixer because if you are going to be using a whisk, it’s going to cost you some energy to whisk it to stiff peak😁.

Dalgona Bustelo coffee ☕ with amaretto Dalgona Bustelo coffee ☕ with amaretto
Dalgona Busteloo amaretto ..My husband and me récipe ...enjoy. Add all the coffee, sugar and boiling water in a bowl (you can easily double or triple this recipe). Using a hand mixer or stand mixer and whip on one of the higher speeds.Whip the entire mixture for about 2 minutes. Scrape down the sides and whip any bits that didn't get whipped.Taste (if is very strong! But of course diluted with your milk) and add more sugar IF desired. I've seen some people add another tablespoon of sugar, but it was fine for me. Remember it'll be diluted with the milk!Add the coffee to a tall glass (about 8-12 ounces) of your favourite milk. I've tried it with soy milk, almond and 0ats milk., then spoon the whipped coffee on top. If using hot, just add it to the glass.Using your spoon or straw, stir vigorously to swirl it into your milk.Sip and enjoy! Also take a photo 😉 Zelibeth Ditterline -
Coffee & Banana Roll Cake Coffee & Banana Roll Cake
Roll cakes are cakes that can be made vey easily but I've never found any recipes that I can get the hang of and messed it up so many times. I finally managed to make a nice one with this recipe.Whisk the egg whites with a hand mixer until stiff peaks form. Don't be shy, mix the egg yolks, powder ingredients, milk, butter and coffee thoroughly with the hand mixer. Mixing the flour in while you are still mixing the egg yolks together is important here, don't mix it in after the egg yolks!! Lastly, the baking time may vary according to your oven so make sure to keep an eye on the sponge. Recipe by AAlly cookpad.japan -

Dalgona Coffee (Whipped Coffee) Dalgona Coffee (Whipped Coffee)
Dalgona coffee, also known as whipped coffee or caramel milk foam coffee, is a trendy drink that's easy to make at home. All you need are instant coffee, hot water, and sugar in equal parts (1:1:1). Whip them together—by hand or with a mixer—until you get a fluffy, creamy foam. The sugar helps the foam hold its shape. Pour the whipped coffee over a glass of milk with ice, and top with a sprinkle of coffee or cocoa powder if you like. For a less sweet version, you can use erythritol or reduce the sugar, and add more milk. Using an electric mixer and placing your mixing bowl over a bowl of ice can help speed up the whipping process. 凱茜媽咪の廚房Translated from Cookpad Taiwan -

South Indian Filter Coffee South Indian Filter Coffee
South Indian filter coffee, also known as "Kaapi," is a popular traditional delicious coffee preparation in the southern states of India. It is typically made from a blend of dark-roasted coffee beans (usually Arabica or a mix of Arabica and Robusta) and chicory. The coffee decoction (coffee concentrate) is made by brewing the coffee grounds and chicory mixture in a metal vessel called a "filter" with hot water. The dark, strong decoction is then mixed with hot milk and sugar to taste before serving in a tumbler and davarah (metal cups).South Indian filter coffee is often described as having a smooth and balanced flavor profile with lower acidity compared to some other brewing methods. The addition of chicory also helps reduce the acidity in the coffee. This type of coffee is suitable for people with acid reflux and it also helps protect tooth enamel due to low acidity.Overall, it’s a very unique way to prepare a delicious cup of coffee and enjoyed with some tea biscuits or cake.My in-laws are from the southern part of India and I learned this recipe from my mother-in-law.
