Creamy Mushroom Palak Paneer

A mix of palak paneer is very common with north india and other states too but variations make dishes more enjoyable and healthy .Here I have made this very rich dish using butter and ghee as medium Paneer in ground Palak/Spinach with butter saute Mushrooms.Seasoned as preffered and topped with Cream.

Ingredients

  1. 200 gramspaneer
  2. 10-12fresh button mushroom
  3. 1big bunch Spinach
  4. 1medium onion
  5. 1 tsp garlic chopped or crushed
  6. 1 tbsp ghee
  7. 1 tbsp butter
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1 tsppaprika or redchilli powder coarse
  10. 2 tbsp fresh Cream or Amul cream as available

Cooking Instructions

    Keep ready ingredients. Paneer cut in cubes, spinach boiled and ground, mushrooms clean and chopped. Now heat butter saute Mushrooms in one pan and heat ghee and stir fry paneer in another pan.

    Now remove fried paneer pieces and in same ghee add onions to stir fry and garlic crush saute to brown onions lightly.Add the mushroom paneer to onions saute well.Add dry seasoning and salt here

    Stir fry the paneer mushroom roasting well.Add the palak/spinach ground coarse

    .Mix the spinach paneer and mushroom cook 2 minutes on slow flame.Remove in a bowl.Top with cream while warm serve with roti naan paratha
