Cooking Instructions

Chop the spinach and boil it with salt, green chilies, and turmeric.

Chop the onions, garlic, and ginger, then blend them into a paste. Blend the tomatoes separately.

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, then add the blended onion-garlic-ginger paste and sauté. Once cooked, add the blended tomatoes and cook further.

Add all the spices and let them cook.

Once cooked, add the blended spinach and cook. Then add the paneer and cook until done. Serve the palak paneer hot.
