Ingredients

  3. 1/2 tspLal mirchi powder
  4. 1 tspDhania powder
  5. 1/2 tspHaldi
  6. 1/2 tspAmchoor

  8. as requiredCoriander leaves to garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and pat dry okras.

    Cut the head and tail.

    Cut into small pieces

    Heat oil.

  5. 5

    Fry all bhindis till tender.

  6. 6

    Add all dry masalas.

  7. 7

    Mix well.

  8. 8

    Transfer in serving bowl and garnish with coriander leaves.

    Serve hot with roti or parathas.
