Ingredients

  1. 500 gramsbhindi
  2. 4chopped green chillies
  3. 1 tbspturmeric powder
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tspcumin powder
  6. 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 4-5 tbspmustard oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the bhindi, dry it and cut it, cut green chillies also.

    Heat the oil in a kadhai in a high frame now add cumin seeds and green chilli and saute for a few seconds now add bhindi in it

    Now mix it very well now add salt and mix it well

    Now add all masala like turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder and black pepper powder and mix it very well.

    Keep stirring in between and do not cover the kadhai, now cook it for 10-12 minutes on medium flame now off the flame.

    Now bhindi fry is ready to serve with chapati and paratha.
