Ingredients

4_5 servings
  1. 6idlies
  2. 2sliced onion
  3. 2sliced capsicum
  4. 2sliced tomato
  5. To tastesalt and black peppar
  6. 2 tspcoriander leaves
  7. 1 tspmustard seeds
  8. 1 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1 tbspoil or ghee
  10. 1 tspchaat masala
  11. 1 tspcurry leaves
  12. 2green chilli
  13. 2 tsptomato sauce
  14. 1/2 tspsoya sauce
  15. 1 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Frst of all,take kadai,flame on,and add oil...whn oil become hot,add mustard seeds and jeera.and add curry leaves and greenchilli.

    Thn add cgopped onion and capsicum,,and stir for 3_4 min..

  3. 3

    After that add,salt,blackpeppar,,and mix well...thn add tomato...

  4. 4

    Mix well,add both sauces,and put in cut sized idli...and mix well slowly..

  5. 5

    After 3 min add corinder leaves,and chaat masala and lemon juice.and mix well.

  6. 6

    Ready to serve
