Cooking Instructions

Take a deep saucepan and bring the milk to a boil and simmer until it is reduced to two-third.

Then, add lemon juice and mix well. Eventually, you will notice that the milk will curdle separating the water.

You continuously stir until water proper evaporated

After add half part of sugar and continue stir until this part of sugar is fully evaporated after add rest of part and continue stir and add cardamom powder

Now add half part of ghee and continue stir and add again some part of ghee and continue stir 5 mint.

Take a bowl apply ghee in bottom of bowl add milk cake in bowl covered it and keep aside in 4 to 5 hour in room temperature. (you can also use towel for covering this)

After 4 to 5 hour 5 sec heat the bowl of milk cake this process melt ghee and cake easly remove in another plate like cake and cut it any shape and serve this cake.
