  1. For tangzhong:
  2. 2 tbspof flour
  3. 6 tbspof water
  4. For dough:
  5. 2 1/2 cupsof flour
  6. 1/2 cupof milk
  7. 1 tbspinstant dry yeast
  8. large egg and 1 egg yolk 1
  9. 3 tbspbutter
  10. 1 tspof salt
  11. 3 tbspof sugar
  12. For wash:
  13. Add 1 tbsp of water to 1 whole egg
  14. 1 tbspof sesame seeds

    Mix all the dough ingredients together with a stand mixer when the dough have come together making a ball, then you can add your cooled tangzhong and mix for 5min or you can knead with hand for 10 to 15 mins.

    Secondly get your baking pan ready to bake your bread and set aside (rub butter and dust your pan with flour). Cut your dough into equal size to make a small balls.

    Thirdly put the small dough balls in your pan and cover with a clean cloth to double in size in room temperature for 1 to 2 hours. Next you make your egg wash and brush them gently and bake until deep golden brown, bring them out oven and brush generously with butter and allow them to cool. #ENJOY#
