6 yawan abinchi
  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1 cupwhole wheat
  3. 1/2 cupbutter milk
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1/2 cupsugar
  6. 1 cupmelted butter divided
  7. 1sachet active yeast
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. Water
  10. 1large egg
  11. Vanilla butter Scotch flavor

    In a sauce pan add half of the butter and pour butter milk,milk,flavour and sugar, stir them together and allow them to boil then turn off the flame.

    In a separate bowl combine flour and wheat then add the yeast and salt then divided the flour mix into two, pour the butter and milk mixture into the half of the flour and mixed them together

    Add the remaining flour mix into the mixture u get, then mix them together to form a soft dough,and beat the dough for about 10-15 minutes,cover it with kitchen towel and allow it to raise.

    Beat the dough again for 2 minutes,punch the dough and open it using ur hand and brush it with melted butter and roll it lyk that

    Arrange the dinner roll into the baking pan and allow it to raise for the second time,then bake it in a free heated oven for 30-35 minutes or till done.
