I took a pan & pour 2 tablespoon ghee. I have fried beetroot for 5-7 minutes for srinking. I have added milk & cooked for 10 minutes. The it converted in to soft mixture & water evaporated.

Then I have added sugar as per taste & smashing slightly for 5 minutes. After that added nawab& stirred for 10 minutes.At the end mixed dry fruits & cardemom powder.

Finally the delicious mouthwatering Beetroot Halwa is prepared.

#BachhaderTiffinRecipePROCESS:---1) Mix the flour, egg, baking powder, baking soda, milk,orange juice and stay it for 15 minutes and to make a batter. 2)Pour some oil in the frying pan and hot it , then addone hata batter to the frying pan for making one pan cake. 3) Makeone after one pan cake and keep it separately till the batter end. 4)Take another frying pan and pour the oil , hot it , addchopped onion, ginger - garlic paste, red chili powder, turmericpowder, chopped green chili, chopped tomato, jira powder and fry itfor some times, then add chicken kima and salt & sugar as requied andto cook it gently for some times then add some water for propercooking. 5) After some times of cooking add garam masala powder andthen remove it to a separate dish. 6) Now take a dish and keep onepancake on the dish snd fill it with the chicken masala and rollthe pancake on the dish.SERVE:--- Take a serving bowl and place the orange pan cake withchicken masala and add some peices of orange on it for eating.
