Ingredients

  1. Cooked yam
  2. 3eggs
  3. Crushed scotch & red bell pepper
  4. Chopped onion
  5. Flour
  6. Cornflakes crumbs
  7. Oil for frying
  8. Salt
  9. Maggi
  10. Curry & thyme
  11. Spices

Cooking Instructions

    Pound the cooked yam with the scotch, red pepper & onion then add in the spices i.e salt, maggi, curry & thyme mix every thing together & pound well then scoop a portion spread it & put the egg inside closed & roll into circle shape.

    Heat oil in a pan mix your flour with water & make a mixture deep the yam roll inside then into the cornflakes crumbs & then fry until golden brown repeat the process until finish then serve. NB you can use bread crumbs if you dont have cornflakes crumbs.
