In a large bowl, smash your yam add the grated kayan miya, seasoned and spiced it. Mixed everything. Remove the shell of your eggs, add the yam mixture and cover your egg, mould it gently and cover everything.

Repeat till you finish, deep in flour, egg and crumbs. I mixed my bread crumbs and cornflakes to give its crunchy texture. Deep Fry till golden brown...

Whoa, it's been a while. Been swamped with work and the kids' finals this semester. Gotta jot down some recipes to remember them! (I often cook on a whim, so Cookpad has been very useful for me!) I made some egg rolls last week. It's fairly easy and tasty. You can adjust condiments to your liking.
