Ingredients

  1. 3medium size onions sliced
  2. 1 tbspchopped coriander leaves
  3. 2green chillies chopped
  4. 1 tbspcrushed coriander seeds
  5. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  6. 1 tspGaram masala powder
  7. 1/4 tsphaldi/ Turmeric Powder
  8. 3/4 cupbesan/ gram flour
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. As neededOil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    In a large bowl add the sliced onions and squeeze with hand lightly to make them loose

    Then add chopped coriander leaves, crushed coriander seeds, green chillies, red chilli powder, haldi powder, garam masala, salt and mix it well

  3. 3

    Then add besan and mix it well. Do not add water. Heat oil in kadai and drop small amount of the prepared mixture into the oil and fry till golden brown and crisp. Remove on a kitchen paper tissue.serve hot with tea.
