  1. 1 bowlGram flour
  2. to tasteSalt
  3. 1/2 tspcarrom seeds
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  6. 1/4 tspasafoetida
  7. 2black cardamom's seeds
  8. 1/2 tspmango powder
  9. As required water
  10. 2onions
  11. 2Green chilli
  12. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  13. Cooking Oil for deep frying
  14. 2 tbsp Onion Tomato Chutney

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add Gram flour, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, asafoetida, mango powder, black cardamom seeds and carrom seeds in a mixing bowl and make a batter by adding water. Beat the batter well. Add chopped coriander leaves in the batter.

    Peel wash and Chop onion and green chilli. Mix them well in the gram flour batter.

    Heat oil in a karahi and put this mixture in the form of pakodi and fry till golden. Flip the side and fry from other side also.

    Like wise make all the pakodas.

    Serve hot with onion Tomato Chutney.
