2 cupsrice
1onion
1 tbspginger garlic paste
salt and pepper
1 tbspcumin powder
2 tbspvegetable oil

Saute the onions till they are translucent
2

Add in the ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute
3

Add in the rice and the spices/seasoning and give a good mix
4

Add water, 1.5 times the measurement of the rice and allow to simmer till all the water is absorbed
5

Serve and enjoy
