Cooking Instructions

Blanch the palak and make a puree with the coriander leaves

Take a mixture jar and add garlic ginger green chilli and almonds. Make a coarse paste

Take a pan and heat the oil. Now add cumin seed add bay leaf whole red chilli and add the coarse paste. Sauté for few seconds. Add chopped onions and sauté until translucent

Now add coriander seeds and besan. Mix well

Now add curd and mix well.add haldi powder and mix.

Next add chopped palak and mutter and cook for one min

Now add the palak purée mix well

Lastly add the kitchen king masala and salt to taste. Boil for a min

Finally add 1tbsp ghee and mix. Garnish with grated paneer Enjoy your restaurant style palak matar with roti or naan
