  1. 2packs brown mushrooms are perfect You could also use mini portobello mushrooms, or a combination of your favorite mushrooms
  2. 5cloves garlic crushed
  3. 1cup Fresh milk
  4. 2tablespoons butter for sauté
  5. 1tablespoon oil
  6. 2tablespoons flour
  7. Water
  8. Salt and black pepper for seasoning

Cara Memasak

  1. 1

    Cut mushrooms into four. Heat butter and oil in a large pot over medium-high heat until melted. Sauté garlic until fragrant.

    Add mushrooms and flour, cook for 5 minutes. Add water and transfer the mushrooms into food processor. Do make sure to blend until it’s all creamy smooth.

    Allow to simmer for another 10 minutes. Add milk and keep stirring. Taste with salt and black pepper.
