Ingredients

  1. 500 gall purpose flour
  2. 8 gyeast
  3. 1 cupwater
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. 40 mlcooking oil
  6. 1 tbspmagarine
  7. 25 gsugar
  8. Egg white for eggwash

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean bowl combine all the dry ingredients

    Add in magarine and oil then combine with your hands

  3. 3

    Make a well at the center,add in water.knead the dough for 5-10 mins

  4. 4

    Apply oil in a bowl,put the dough in then set aside in a warm area and allow to proof to double size and cover with a dumb clean towel.this will take 45 mins

    After double proofing,punch it down and knead for 5 mins then divide the dough to equal sizes,allow to double in size.

    Preheat your oven for ten minutes,egg wash the buns then bake for 30 mins at 180 degrees

    Serve with tea or ☕
