Ingredients

  2. 1 tablespooninstant dry yeast (about 10 grams)
  3. 1/2 cupbutter (about 100 grams)
  4. 3/4 cupunsweetened milk (about 200 ml)
  5. 1/3 cupcold water (about 100 ml)
  6. 1/2 cupwhite sesame seeds (about 100 grams)
  7. 1/3 cupsugar (about 60 grams)
  8. 2 teaspoonssalt (about 10 grams)

    Mix the flour, yeast, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
