Ingredients

  1. 1 kgChicken boneless (slices)
  2. 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  3. 1 tspChilli flakes
  4. 2 tbspYogurt
  5. 1 tbspVinegar
  6. 1 tbspGarlic paste
  7. 1/4 tspBlack pepper (pounded)
  8. 1 tbspRosemary (chopped)
  9. 1 tbspParsley (chopped)
  10. Coating:
  11. 1 cupAll purpose flour (maida)
  12. 1 cupCornflour
  13. 11/2 tspBaking powder
  14. Pinch Salt
  15. Batter:
  16. 1/4 tspWhite pepper
  17. 2Eggs
  18. 1/2 cupCold Milk
  19. 1/2 cupCold Water (or more)
  20. 1/4 tspSalt
  21. 1/2 tspBaking powder
  22. 1 tbspMustard Sauce
  23. Bun:
  24. 2 tbspCornflour
  25. 3 cups(250gm) All Purpose Flour (maida)
  26. 1 tbspAll Purpose Flour
  27. 2 tspYeast
  28. 1 tbspSugar
  29. 1 tspSalt
  30. 2 tbspButter
  31. 2 tbspOil

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all ingredients well except chicken slices. Apply marinate on slices. Let marinate for three hours or more

    Coating:
    Mix all well and keep aside

    Batter:
    In a bowl beat eggs, add water and milk whisk it then add the rest and whisk to thick batter.
    Coat chicken slice in batter then flour mixture and keep on a tray. Do same for all, can freeze for an hour to make it firm.
    Deep fry slices on medium flame till golden brown colour.

    Bun:
    Mix dry ingredients well add oil and butter and mix it too. Bind to soft dough using warm water.
    Then keep in a big bowl and cover with cling film.
    Let it fully rise punch back and mould in buns and keep on greased tray, brush with beaten egg and sprinkle sesame.
    Let it rise then bake in oven on 200°C till top browned up.

    How to lay Burger:
    Cut bun in half horizontally. Apply mayonnaise on both halves. Keep a Iceberg (Lettuce) leaf on lower half.
