Ingredients

  1. 2 cupmilk
  2. 2eggs
  3. 1/2 cupmaple syrup or honey
  4. 1/4 cup (60 g)butter, melted
  5. 1/4 cup (60 g)mashed ripped banana
  6. 3 cupsporridge oats
  7. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  8. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  9. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  10. 1 packraspberries
  11. 1 packblueberries
  12. 1/2sunflower seeds or any seeds you prefer (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 150°C. Lay baking sheet on your baking tray.

    Whisk all of the ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Pour it into prepared baking tray. Top with sunflower seeds or any seeds or nuts you prefer. Bake for 35 minutes or the corners start to crisp up.

    Cool for 5 minutes before serving. Spoon or slice and serve with yogurt, if desired. Cover leftovers tightly and refrigerate for up to 1 week.
