Cooking Instructions

Wash tamarind,cloves and ginger

Put it in a pot and boil it along with mint leaves

Dice cucumber and blend it

Pour into the tamarind pot and allow to boil for some Minutes.

Let it cool and add sugar syrup and mix throughly
- 6
Put it in a fridge to chill for good 30 mins.
