Steps
- 1
Chaap wash proper & remove
the sticks. Cut into round mid size. In a pan add water & boil it for few min. Transfer it into a strainer. Now in a bowl add curd besan & all dry masala. - 2
Mix it very well & keep aside for 2 hours. So that the Chaap marinate proper. After 2 hours we should mix it again.
- 3
Take a non-stick pan brush the oil & put the soya chunks 1 by 1 in the pan. Cover it with lid on low mid flame.
- 4
When 1 side roast means looks brown colour, change the side. After roast both sides off the flame & transfer it into a micro safe bowl.
- 5
Add malai roughly chopped onion capsicum & lemon juice. stir it & again roast it for 30 seconds in microwave. If you like more creamy texture add butter also. I don't use butter. After 30 sec move out it & serve with mint chutney.
- 6
Always serve garam garam because cool soya has no taste & all ingredients loss their aroma. Super delicious snacks for party or before dinner. Garnish it with oregano. Its optional.
