  2. oil for frying
  3. 1 tspred chilli powder
  4. 1 tspcrushed chilli
  5. 2 pinchmeetha soda
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tspchaat masala
  8. 2onions
  9. 1 cuppaalak
  10. 8-10hari mirchen
  11. 1/2 tspzeera

    Mix all the dry ingrediants with water and make a paste
    Palak ko dho ke kaat lein, sath hi pyaaz or hari mirchen bhi kaat lein
    Basin ke batter me add karen
    Oil ko garam karke usme yeh fry karein, jab tak yeh golden brown
    Us batter me se thora sa batter nikal kar, paalak ko dip karke fry karlen.
