Ingredients

  1. 2 cupChickpea flour (Basan)
  2. 1 tspWhite zeera
  3. Ajwein half tsp
  4. Salt as your taste
  5. Water
  6. Spinach (Palak) Leaves 15-18

Cooking Instructions

    Take a bowl add Chickpea flour (Basan), White zeera, Ajwein & mix all the dry ingredients.
    Then add water & make a liquid paste.

    Now in liquid paste add Palak leave and mix well.

  3. 3

    Now heat oil in a wok then make fry palak pakora until golden brown.

  4. 4

    Now Palak Pakora is ready to Serve with ketchup, Mayonnaise, or any kind of chitni as your desire.
