Cooking Instructions

Put grated beetroot, carrot, chopped apple in a grinder with half of water.
Blend everything until smooth.
Then add remaining 1/2 cup of water and blend it again.
Use a mesh strainer to strain smoothie into a container and add lemon juice, salt to taste.
Pour smoothie into a glass and garnish with beetroot and carrot.
Enjoy delicious and quick smoothie.
