Ingredients

  1. 2Banana
  2. 50 gramsKomatsuna
  3. 100 mlWater

Cooking Instructions

    There are only 2 ingredients plus water, as shown in the picture! Wash the Japanese mustard spinach well, and roughly chop. Cut the bananas into pieces.

  2. 2

    Put bananas and komatsuna into a blender in that order. Add the water, and turn it on!

  3. 3

    When they are well blended, it's done.

  4. 4

    For those who like soy milk, add 50 ml of water and 50 ml of soy milk. This gives the smoothie a mild and delicious flavor.
