Simple veg thali in lunch - included Dal, Rice, Lahsuni Aloo bhujiya, masala bhindi and Raw Mango chutney.
Cooking Instructions

For Rice - wash, drain and cook rice with water, then discard the water.

For Dal - wash and cook arhar dal with salt, turmeric, oil and water for 3 whistle in cooker.

For Aloo bhujiya - Peel and cut potato in long, thin stripes.

Fry in oil with adding turmeric, chilli, garlic paste and salt.

For Raw Mango Chutney - peel and cut mango, then grind in mixer with garlic cloves and dry red chilli.

Add salt and mustard oil.

Enjoy Dal, Rice, masala bhindi, lahsuni aloo bhujiya, raw mango chutney and fryums as lunch platter.
