Ingredients

1 serving
  1. Chicken bones
  2. Spring onion
  3. Dried kelp, dried Shiitake and any leftover vegetables
  4. 1Ramen noodle
  5. 100 gminced pork
  6. 3 tablespoonchopped onion
  7. 1 clovegarlic
  8. 1 teaspoonsesame oil
  9. 1 teaspoonoyster sauce
  10. 1 teaspoonchili oil
  11. soup
  12. 2 tablespoongrated sesame
  13. 1 tablespoonsesame paste (tahini)
  14. 1 tablespoonMiso
  15. 1 tablespoonchili oil
  16. 1/2 tablespoonsoy sauce
  17. to tastesalt
  18. toppings
  19. shredded spring onion + chill oil
  20. boiled egg

Cooking Instructions

    Make good chicken stock. I always make this soup stock in pressure pan for 30 minutes.

    Make chili pork. You can put more chili or Chinese Sansho chili powder.

  3. 3

    Make topping. Mix garlic chili sesame oil and shredded spring onion.

  4. 4

    Mix well all the soup seasonings.

  5. 5

    Put boiled 400ml soup stock in pan and put and mix soup seasoning mixture. Salt to taste.

    Boil Ramen noodle and drain hot water and put Ramen noodle in soup.
