Instant Miso Ramen

I added instant miso soup to non-Japanese instant ramen noodles when I really wanted to eat miso ramen noodles, and it was good.

Please use onion slices. Adjust the seasoning as you like. If you only have noodles, use 1/2 serving of chicken bouillon. If you like it light, you can cook the noodles and the soup separately. Recipe by Bo-changohan

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1pack Non-Japanese Chicken flavored instant ramen noodle
  2. 1serving Instant miso soup (or 1 tablespoon miso + 1/2 teaspoon dashi granules)
  3. 1/4 smallOnion (thinly sliced)
  4. 1Your favorite toppings (wakame seaweed, eggs etc.)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the ramen noodle (Check the package for the amount of water).

  2. 2

    Add 1/2 packet of the ramen seasoning (from the package) and instant miso soup (or miso + dashi granules.)

  3. 3

    Add sliced onions and roughly combine just before serving. Sprinkle on some shichimi spice if desired.
