Cooking Instructions

After sifting in the dry ingredients. Add in the margerine and vanilla essence

Rub in till it looks like bread crumbs as below

Add in the 60 ml of milk and Knead until it forms the cookie dough. Let the dough sit in the fridge for about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile grease your baking tray

Roll out the dough and cut out shapes.

Line them on the tray and poke holes in them using a toothpick.

Bake them at 180 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes until they brown. Once cooked, transfer to a separate tray and let them cook completely. Enjoy!
