Ingredients

  1. 2 cuprice
  2. 1onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 2potatoes
  5. to tasteSalt and black pepper Powder
  6. 2green chilli
  7. 1 tspginger and garlic paste
  8. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds/ jeera
  10. 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  11. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  12. 1/2 tspAmchoor( dry mango) powder
  13. 1 cupmix Veggies (potato,carrot,beans,peas,mushroom,capsicum)
  14. 2 tsplemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly wash rice thrice and strain all water..

    Now cut all the veggies..

  3. 3

    Take a cooker,add oil or ghee,,add jeera,then add all the veggies,,and saute for 2 min...add haldi,salt,peppers,garam masala,dhaniya powder,kashmiri lal mirch for colour,,amchoor powder,..and mix well..

    Add rice and 4 cups of water and add lemon juice...now cover the lid and cook uptil 2 whistles.. now enjoy with raita or achar
