Ragi Flowers: To prepare Ragi flowers mix wheat flour, ragi flour, ajwain salt to taste and water and prepare a smooth dough. Take small portion of dough and roll it flat in round sharp like a puri and then join any four edges of puri and get a easy and cute flower like sharp as shown in picture.

Dal : a)For making dal - mix moong dal, tur dal, red lentil and chana dal, wash them and cook in pressure cooker with required water and take 4 whistle and keep it aside. b) Prepare Tadka for dal : Add oil in Pan and then add black mustard, Jeera, asafetida, garlic, turmeric, red masala, salt and add dal and water and cook for 2-3 mins.

Ragi Dhokli : Add Ragi flowers in prepared Dal and cook for 15 mins till ragi flowers are cooked. Serve hot Ragi dhokli in a bowl with ghee, coriander, kasuri methi and enjoy easy and healthy dish with your friends and family.
