Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 1 cupvegetable oil
  4. 4eggs
  5. 1 tspginger (grounded)
  6. 1 tspCinnamon
  7. 1 tspbaking powder
  8. 1 pinchbaking soda
  9. Salt
  10. 1/2 (1 cup)Mashed pumpkins (boiled)
  11. Vanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Have your ingredients ready

    Put all eggs and add sugar in a bowl and whisk

  3. 3

    Add the mashed pumpkin into your egg and sugar mixture and whisk

  4. 4

    Later add your oil and vannilla extract and mix more

  5. 5

    In a separate bowl put all the dry ingredients and mix them well

  6. 6

    Add your wet mix into the dry mix and whisk to achieve a nice consistencies

    Grease and dust your sufuria then pour your cake dough in

  8. 8

    On your lit jiko place a bigger sufuria to preheat for 10 minutes

  9. 9

    Place the smaller sufuria in and on the lid put the makaa(charcoal)

  10. 10

    Bake for 50 minutes and remove the sufuria from the jiko and allow it to cool

  11. 11

    Dont remove the cake from the sufuria until when it's completely cool

  12. 12

    Put on a plate and enjoy
