Ingredients

  1. 200-250 grPumpkin
  2. 80 grUnsalted butter or vegetable oil
  3. 2Eggs
  4. 50 mlMilk
  5. 80 grSugar
  6. 115 grCake flour
  7. 1.5 tspBaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Preparation:
    ●Put the butter at room temperature in advance.
    ●The pumpkin is cut into small pieces and steamed.
    Then use a tool such as a fork to mix the pumpkin into pumpkin puree.

    Add the softened butter in a large bowl and stir slightly.
    Then add eggs, milk, sugar and stir well.

    Then add pumpkin puree.
    Sift in the flour + baking powder. Stir well.

    The Cake mold size: 170×80×H60mm rectangle
    Oven at 180°C for 25 minutes then reduce to 170°C and bake for another 15 minutes.
    Let it cool and then cut into slices.
    Enjoy!
