Ingredients

  1. A. Sifted
  2. 1 1/2 C (208 g)Flour
  3. 2 tspBaking powder
  4. 1/2 tspfine salt
  5. B. Whisked
  6. 1/2 C (132 g)Yogurt
  7. 1 C (212 g)Sugar
  8. 2Eggs
  9. C. Wet Ingredients
  10. 1/2 C (115 g)Corn oil
  11. 1/4 COrange juice
  12. (Or 80 g Sunquick Orange)
  13. 1Big Orange - zest

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Sift A. Keep aside. In another bowl, whisk B until well combined. Add in C and whisk again. Next, gently fold in A (sifted ingredients) until smooth.

    Bake batter in a greased baking pan at 160°C (depending on the oven) for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Note: To prevent browning before cake is fully baked, adjust oven temperature accordingly or cover the top of the baking pan with aluminum foil for the last half of cooking time.
