  2. 1 kgchicken
  3. 1 table spoonadrak lehson paste
  4. 1 table spoonachar Gosht masala
  5. 1lemon juice
  6. 2 tablespoondahi
  7. 1 tea spoonkuti laal mirch
  8. For Gravy
  9. Paste of 1 onion
  10. Paste of 3 skinless tomatoes
  11. 2 tablespoonadrak lehson paste
  12. 2 cupoil
  13. Halfteaspoon haldi
  14. 1 tea spoonlaal mirch powder
  15. 1 cupdahi
  16. Julienne cut adrak ka tukra
  17. 5sa 6 Bari Wali green chilli
  18. 3 tablespoonachar Gosht masala
  19. 1lemon juice
  20. Halfbunch chopped hara Dhaniya

Cooking Instructions

    Sub sa phly chicken ko adrak lehson paste, dahi, achar Gosht masala, kuti lal mirch or lemon juice sa marinate Kar ke 30 minutes ke liye rakh dain

    Ub 30 minutes baad ik pan MN oil Daal kar sub sa phly chicken ko 10 minutes fry Kar ke nikal lain

    Ub isi oil MN onion paste dalain 3 minute fry krn

    Ub adrak lehson paste dalain 2 minute fry krn

    Ub is MN fry ki Hoi chicken add Krn or sath he 1 table spoon achar Gosht masala, haldi, Pisi laal mirch or salt as per taste add Kar ke chicken ko 5 minute take bhonain

    Ub ik cup dahi MN 1 table spoon achar Gosht masala add Kar ke achi trh whipp krn

    You. Ye whipp Kiya howa dahi chicken MN add krn or 3 minute take bhonain take dahi ka pani dry hojy

    Ub is MN tomatoes ka paste add krn or isy bh achi trhn bhonain ke oil separate hojy

    Ub is MN 1 cup pani add krn or high flame krn jsy he boil ay low flame Kar ke 2o minute ke liye chicken ko dhak dain

    Ub Bari Wali green chilli ko cut Kar ke achar Gosht ke packet sa 2 tablespoon masala lain is MN 1 lemon juice Daal kar mix krn or isy mirchoun bhar dain

    Ub in mirchoun ko chicken MN add krdain sath he julienne cut adrak bh add krdain

    6 minute baad jab salan tyyr hojy flame off Kar ke chopped hara Dhaniya add krdain

    Tyyr hai Bht he Katha Katha sa chat Pata sa achar Gosht gravy 👍😋
