Rice ko saaf kar ke khuly pani se wash kar ke. Soak kar ke rakh dein. Almost 30 mins ke liey

Ab chicken dho lein. Vegies bana lein. Piyaz slice cut kar lein. Tomato wash kar ke slice cut kar lein. ginger garlic paste bana lein.

Pateela lein. Us mn oil dalen. Tez paat dal ke karkaraaen. Piyaaz add kar dein. Or golden brown karein

Ab chicken or sara gram masala add karein. Sath e salt and ginger garlic paste add kar ke 5 minut ke liey full flame py achi trah bhunen ta ke.chicken colour change kar jaey

Ab tomato add karein. Biryani masala or chili flake add karein 2 tbsp water add karein. Or bhunen.

Jab water dry hojaey to is mn 4.5 glass water add kar dein.or lid se cover kar dein. Is doran soaked rice se water discard kar dein completely

Jab masaly waly pani ko boil ajaey to is mn rice add karein. Sath green chili b dal dein. Or kafgir se isy achi trah mix karein. Or 4 minut ke liey dhak ke rakh dein

Ab dhakn hataen. Sakt taste karein. Km lgy to thora sa or add kar dein. Halka sa taiz hona chahiye ta ke pk ke bilkul theek ho.

Jab sara pani dry hojaey to flame bilkul low kar dein. Dam lagadein. Lid ke upar tawa b rakh dein. Isy 12 minutes ke liey dam lgaen.

Flame off karein. Lid hata dein. Rice ko upar nichy kar ke achi trah mix karein. Or 4 minut ke liey aisy e khuly rehny dein

Serving dish mn nikalen. Salad or raita ke sath grama gram chicken pulaao serve karein. Jazak-Allah😊
