8-10 સર્વિંગ્સ
  1. 250gm ragi flour,200 gm wheat flour, 1/2 half tbs baking soda and 1.5 tbs baking powder,pinch salt, 200 gm powder sugar,2 tbs coco powder,100 gm melted butter
  2. 2cups Milk, half cup curd,1 tbs oil

    Dry ingredients mix well(ragi flour,wheat flour, baking soda and baking powder,salt)

    Melted butter,sugar,curd and milk mix well.this is our liquid material

    Pre heat the oven for 10 mins at 180 degree Celsius

  4. 4

    Now liquid material is ready...add all dry ingredients..stir well(not to much) avoid lumps

  5. 5

    Mould grease with oil(ground nut)put mixture in it..

  6. 6

    Now put it in oven for 20-25 mins..check with toothpick..if it's ok then material will not stick

  7. 7

    After that Cool for 10-15 mins...this cake 😋😍 without icing
