Ingredients

  1. 3ripe Mangoes
  2. 500 mlfull fat milk
  3. 1/4 cupsugar
  4. pinchcardamom powder
  5. as required Pistachios for garnish

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the milk in a pan. Cook until the milk gets thick. Add sugar and a pinch of cardamom powder. Let it simmer for 10 minutes. Let it cool.

    Remove the Mango kernel without taking out the Mango pulp.

    Fill the Mango with the mixture prepared. Place it in freezer for about 8 hours.

    Once the milk sets, remove it from the freezer and peel off the skin.

  5. 5

    Cut into slices and garnish with chopped Pistachio. Enjoy this beautiful Mango dessert.
