Cooking Instructions

Set all the ingredients ready 👌

In a sufuria add oil then onions and fry till golden brown

In a pan toss whole pilau spices

In the fried onions add meat and let it fry for about 3 minutes then add the tossed spices as well as ginger, garlic, and salt mix well as they fry

Add stalk and let it boil

Add rice and mix. Let it boil under high heat then lower your heat cover your sufuria and let it cook slowly till it dries well

It's ready to serve 👍👌👌😋

It’s actually just leftovers. It started out life as chicken and rice 2 days ago. It was delish. I have issues with leftovers that look the same lol I prefer them to morph into something else.
