ઘટકો

20 mins(soak time -7 hrs)
4 સર્વિંગ્સ
  1. 250gms dry chole
  2. 1cup besan
  3. 1spoon garam masala
  4. 1spoon jeera powder
  5. 1spoon coriander powder
  6. 1cup coriander leaves
  7. 2-3chillies
  8. Salt as per requirement
  9. Black pepper powder 1/2 spoon
  10. 1spoon aamchur / chat masala
  11. 3spoon olive oil
  12. 7-8garlic
  13. 3medium size onions
  14. 3cup water, 3 cup oil

    Soak chole for 7 hrs..cook it with salt.let them cool..

    Take olive oil in pan add garlic in it..fry it..let them cool.

    Take mixture..add chole, olive oil,garlic, chillies, coriander leaves, chopped onions, all dry ingredients which mentioned above..mix it..fine paste..add besan for binding.

    Take pan..put oil on medium gas flame..after that add mixture (bhajiya ni jem)..fry it with medium flame..or you can shallow fry with appum pan also

    Serve with tomato ketchup or hummus or green chutney
